Southern California’s Premier FBO to exhibit at NBAA–Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference
(January 30, 2018 – San Bernardino, CA) Celebrating five years of exceptional service at the San Bernardino International Airport, Luxivair SBD announces it will be exhibiting at the NBAA Schedulers and Dispatchers Conference (February 6–9, at the Long Beach Convention Center, California). Since its first year in 2013, the FBO has seen continual year-over-year growth of more than 30% and a significant increase of 62% in customer activity in 2017 versus 2016.
Director of Aviation, Mark Gibbs, recently announced: “The distinctive five-star quality services and facilities that have helped fuel Luxivair SBD’s growth over the past five years have been further enhanced with a new exercise room, new line equipment, and additional staff members. We look forward to meeting with schedulers and operators at NBAA S&D 2018 to discuss how Luxivair SBD’s unrivaled amenities can make their travel experience through Southern California.” Luxivair SBD will be exhibiting in the EPIC Fuels Row, Booth 1118.
The FBO’s speedy turn times and world-class amenities have supported all types of aircraft. “Our 10,000 foot runway was built to accept an Airbus A380 at 1,300,000 pounds, and our personnel have been trained under the NATA Safety 1st Program to provide safe procedures in all aspects of customer relations”, added Wendy Bechtel, Luxivair SBD’s Manager.
The FBO’s airy two-story atrium lobby, with travertine floors and ground-to-ceiling glass, presents compelling views of the San Bernardino Mountains. Full business facilities include total ground support, an advanced conference room, flight planning room, crew lounge, theater with stadium-seating, and exceptional concierge services that can arrange courtesy vehicles, car rentals and hotel shuttles.
Depending upon aircraft type, there are five MROs at the Airport to support minor and major repairs, one of which is Executive Jet Maintenance (EJM), which provides exclusive maintenance services to STAJets. EJM recently entered into a long-term agreement to occupy the hangar adjacent to the FBO and expand its business by serving outside clients. And for all categories of aircraft, Luxivair SBD offers highly competitively priced Jet A and Avgas fuels. Jet A fuel is delivered by six fuel trucks from a 150,000-gallon fuel farm, and Avgas is delivered by three fuel trucks from a 24,000-gallon fuel farm.
All NBAA–SDC2018 attendees are invited to enter the EPIC Fuels Promotion to win a $100 gift card and, to continue its support of conservation and educational programs, EPIC Fuels will donate $1 per entry (up to a maximum of $2,500) to the Aquarium of the Pacific.
Luxivair SBD is a highly desirable alternative to the congested and costly FBOs in Southern California.
